They had the nerve to sell me a cold, hard, Cinnabon melt that tastes like it had been sitting out all night. So a company invests in them and trusts them to put out their product and they make them look horrible, I bet they'll find out real soon that they're not being represented the way they promised they would.
Service was average but the food was horrible.. I received nuggets that were fried too long and tasted like wood.. sandwich was like warm and fries were cold..
Ordered counter pickup since the drive thru was backed up. Took us actually 10 minutes to be able to pull around the backed up cars, then went in to get our order and the doors were locked. Went to wait in the drive thru. We were there for actually 30+ minutes and left without food.
If you pay cash at this Wendy's you will not get a receipt. We all know where the cash goes....(hint) it does not go in the drawer. The dude said the "Receipt Machine" is broken. Right! Thief!
The food always takes a while seeing that it is fast food put on the other hand is always fresh and tastes good..
Entire restaurant is very unclean. Two different employees cursing loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. One came out and cursed at the manger who was on lunch break. Orange-sickle frosty is orange in color taste like vanilla frosty.
This is the second I’ve came here and the employees have been snarky. Had to repeat my order several times and it still wasn’t correct, keep in mind, I didn’t ask for additional ingredients or things taken off. Wouldn’t give me a total, I thought I didn’t have change but I found it and went to hand it to the lady so she didn’t have to count out 95 cents but told me no when giving it to her.
