Typical experience through a drive thru. Angry lil kid with a serious face and no respect. Didn’t even put napkins in the bag. Get paid minimum wage and can’t even do minimum work, learn respect and say thank you have a good day after an interaction. Maybe then you would take a step forward with your life. Garbage service at a garbage location
I am visiting from out of town and wanted to make use of a Wendy’s offer in my app. I’m a big Wendy’s fan! I walked to Wendy’s from my Airbnb for my dine in mobile order. To my surprise, all the doors were locked!! The sign on the main door stated inside was open until 10PM and you only have 30-minutes to sit inside. I know the employees could see us looking in and trying to open the door. A worker was even seated down inside at a table!! I was beyond frustrated. We tried to call the store and no one answered. We ended up having to walk through the drive thru lane and ask for our mobile orders. Because we walked 20 minutes, I sat outside and ate my food. By the way, there were no napkins inside my to go order either. A couple of solutions for your location, call your customer to say there’s no dine in option when you receive a mobile order or put a sign on your door that there’s no indoor seating???
Relyne is the best worker, she is very cooperative and kind! And she made us a sandwich, Oh My Gosh! It was very tasty! If you ever see Relyne working, tell her a job well done.
Pretty quick drive thru, it was a big order but they got everything right!
