Wendy's

They could stand to be a tad bit cleaner.

Ordered food & was missing an entire meal! Tried to call the place and for an hour the phone line was busy. Very upsetting and aggravating at the same time. Never again.

The food is always amazing here, however for some reason they almost always forget to give me one item I paid for. It never seems to be the same thing and I never seem to notice until I get home.

The Food Sucks But The Employees Are Nice 😑 Food was ridiculously cold and I was given the wrong food Which didn’t make sense when nobody was there at the time I was ordering. Not Fresh at all

I shouldn't have to go in a place and see this.. This is a public place where you feed families

Drive thru

First off burger had no condiments, Secondly missing fries from one combo and nuggets from the other. Waited back through drive thru(staff very unfriendly from the beginning), told them about the missing items, gave us a bag....no nuggets! Really?? Not worth the trouble

20 minutes to make a frosty? Good grief guys…

I love this Wendy's, Kirsten always hands me my food like within 60 seconds of me pulling forward and its always so fresh 😍 thank you Wendy's Kingsland!!!

I have to say, I was blown away with the amazing service provided when ordering tonight. Tori I think took my order and made sure everything was fresh. I actually normally go to a closer Wendy’s will drive the extra mile from now on to get the great food and friendly service. If every employee was such an amazing employee as Tori I’m sure Wendy’s would be beating McDonald’s. Thanks for the great service and food!!!

This Wendy's is very dirty. Our food was cold. When I asked for new fries they gave me another batch of cold fries. The help wasn't at the counter, outside smoking.

Went to the drive thru to get a quick burger. It was a fast and friendly lady who served me. Unfortunately, the burger was not even warm, and it seemed to have not been recently made. It was edible, and I was hungry so I ate it.
