Waited for what seemed like an eternity for someone to take our order in the drive through. Received the wrong order which seems to happen quite often at this location. I asked for sauce, they never give it to you. If the workers weren’t so busy being on their cellphones while on the clock, they might just be able to give guests the right order.
Absolute crash n burn lunch service, guy in front of me at the register looked pissed, checked his watch and huffed out. Manager showed up out of nowhere and attempted to do all the jobs instead of letting the workers who are more proficient do their jobs. Made things even worse while they looked on in confusion.
I went through the drive-thru around 8 PM. They didn't have baked potatoes. This is the second time I've gone and they haven't had an item I want and it wasn't close to closing time. I get to the window to pay... wait and wait. Guy at register with bright red hair is on his phone texting. There are 4 other cars behind me. I'm still waiting. I give him my card to pay. No receipt. Hands me the bag and there are no chicken nuggets. Wait and wait again at the window for him to see me. He goes back on his cell phone. He finally sees me. I tell him there are no nuggets in my bag. He says, "You ordered nuggets?" Then looks at the screen as if I'm lying. Finally get them and he gives me the wrong sauce. Whatever. I'm not gonna make the people behind me wait anymore. Maybe he is only getting minimum wage but omg do better. That was a really bad experience.
I don’t usually write reviews but the cashier, Aiden, brightened my day with his silly question “what flavor of crayon is your favorite?” I was taken aback by the question and immediately forgot any prior knowledge of crayola crayons, but I told him, “I would choose a yellow orangey one because it would taste citrusy.” I later looked it up and realized there is, in fact, a crayon called “yellow orange,” so it works out. However I would like to know what “sunglow” tastes like. Anyways the food was pretty good, as good as you can expect for fast food. Spicy chicken sandwich meal with a root beer is my go to and has, knock on wood, never failed me. However, the fries could be less cold and more flavorful. Thanks Aiden for your fun spirit. Don’t let the corporations kill it.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The food of course is fresh and delicious. The renovations provide outstanding esthetics. Best Wendys I've been to.
Nobody was paying attention to the register, the drink machine was empty out of everything but water, the teas were also completely out, not even a dribble of liquid. Fries were way understated and weren’t cut or prepared properly because they had what appeared to be bits of potato skin or random fryer food all over them. Nobody was delegating or delegated leaving duties unattended and scattered, absolutely no organization. They had 5-7 people working but the same work could have been done more efficiently by two or three people who just knew what they were doing. Such a large staff for a fast food restaurant and they hall huddled around the same section to do very small duties and neglect literally everything elae
