Possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.

The lady in the window is stealing money and saying no receipts and charging people to much money and not giving the right amount money back please me very carefully and when u try calling to talk with someone it’s no answe🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The customer service was HORRIBLE. From spilling a drink on me to telling me no when asking for extra sauces (not even giving me the option to pay) to having to go back because the order was incomplete, and darn near throwing the food at me.. I definitely wouldn't recommend!

First off this Wendy’s is only like 2 minutes from my house, I’ve been stop going there because the attitudes of the workers there is horrible, especially in the evening I decided to go there because it’s close and I just had surgery so I can’t drive far Same horrible service, then originally I wanted a apple pecan salad they said they were out I decided on this nasty stale mess As soon as I opened it smelled, then look at the hard pieces of chicken, just to think I paid almost $10 for this killer food Never again. Officially done with they trifling ways

The entire staff I interacted with is completely feral/out of control. don't know how to make food properly found hair in my food more than once they should be shut down.

The manager in the morning everyday I've stopped for breakfast has an attitude. Makes you wait and has you either pull forward or backward "for their times" which I didnt know was a customers problem. I do enjoy the food but the customer service is horrible which makes me not want to return but the breakfast food and especially the breakfast potatoes make it worth dealing with bad attitudes. Also was told there's no Sodas and No ketchup.. How can a food place with burgers and fries not have 2 MAIN STAPLES that go along with Burgers and fries? Wendys DM or GM please HELP!!!

The servers where so rude they kept on asking what we said just because of my mothers accent they were super rude about it the place was so dirty and she handed us are food meanly . 🤬

Horrible experience. I ordered 2 egg biscuits with just butter, no cheese! Specifically stated no cheese. Both of them had cheese on them and the lady working the register was cursing when she opened the window. Very, very unprofessional.

I don't know how long their a/c been out, but it was over a hundred degrees outside. It felt hotter inside than outside. The employees were as nice as they could be in these conditions, but they should have closed temporarily until it was fixed. That was unacceptable.

I love Wendy's, but this one sucked. Wendy's fries are great, until they are old. That's what you get here

The cashier at the window just act like she doesn't want to be here today. She really needs to stay out of the drive through cause someone can mistaken that for having an attitude problem. And it needs to be corrected.
