Owner is extremely rude and disrespectful to paying customers. He proceeded to come around to individuals in the establishment asking them if they were buying something. I asked owner if this was the policy and practice of the Wendy's brand and he walked away. I asked him if he was the owner and he said, "100%". It should be noted he was unprofessional with several people in the store. Is this the new standards for the Wendy's brand?
