Dry burgers, more then a couple of times!!!
Last 2 times in drive thru, it's weird they won't take your order until the car ahead of you pays and gets their food. Makes it extremely slow, food was cold, and the workers were on their cell phones, which serving food makes that gross
God-awful drive through, waited 15+ minutes and not a single car in the line was served. only movement was people ahead giving up because of the lack of service.

This location has very slow service and poor order accuracy. You can tell the building is dated and unclean. I thought the Wendy’s on the south side of Holland was bad about order speed and accuracy until I came here. If you really want Wendy’s in the Holland area, I’d try the south side location, but don’t set your expectations too high.
Waiting for my food for a half hour!!! Have a line behind me by 6 people!

I placed an order via the drive-through. Although the service was friendly, the order taker seemed rushed. When I got to the window and paid, the cashier asked me to pull up ahead and wait past the drive-through line because my food was not ready. I looked behind me and there was not a single car, so I was quite puzzled. My credit card then dropped and I had to get out of the card to pick it up. I could see how stressed and worried the cashier looked. Finally, I pulled forward and waited somewhere between five and 10 minutes for my food. During this time, no one else was in the drive-through. I’m gathering they have some sort of time goals for getting people through the drive-through, but these metrics are not accurate if people wait in other areas. It was such a strange experience. Food was as expected.
