Placed an order online, got there, waited in line, they didn’t have it. Took my money and wasted my time. Refunded some of my money but still took all the points I used for the rest of it. Got my order wrong the last time and refused to refund my money then too. Won’t be back.
I was very upset with this store, I was placing my order and the items I wanted they did not have. Like my chocolate Frosty, and I also asked about their chili if it came with onions and the cashier couldn't even answer so I asked her if she could ask the cook, instead she called I guess the manager in which to me didn't look like a manager. I asked her if the chilli comes with onions or not and she too couldn't answer quickly... So another customer asked her why she didn't have chocolate Frosty available, she replied , we ran out. But if you know you sell daily and lots of it double your order I say .. so all in all I definitely not going back to this location
Great drive thru service but order is always wrong.
Love going to Wendy's. Their biggie bag is my favorite item on their menu because it has fries, a burger ( I get the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger), 4 nuggets and a drink....for $5.41($5 +.41 taxes).
Forget about ordering anything different from the standard on your sandwich. It will come out standard anyway. If you are allergic to Mayo, you are screwed! It WILL BE on your sandwich. Dietary restrictions: Be sure you get what you asked for! They don't do special requests very well.
My experience has shown me why I will be eating at home. The cashier made another customer's order with her hands after taking cash by putting cheese in their chili w/o washing her hands after touching other items. The sandwich maker's shirt and hat were dirty and he scratched his head and arm pits before taking the buns to put them in the toaster to start making my sandwich. When I informed the manager of all that I saw and why I wanted a refund/ to cancel my mobile order she did not understand why I had a concern...Now I have to wait for Wendy's 888 Customer Service line to answer, which was closed today, to get my refund for an order that I did not take nor get a refund for in the store because they can not give you one if you make a mobile order. So, I will not be doing that again and questioning why Wendy's is always empty.
