Worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Absolutely incompetent service staff. Waited behind one person in lobby for 10 minutes. Still waiting so I left and went through the drive thru and even then they screwed up my order so I got a refund and left! Terrible service!
I want to commend the manager on January 20, 2024 around noon that was on duty that took time to review my mobile app order receipt although the cashier processed it incorrectly showing an increased price. He reviewed the receipt and understood that the app had the correct pricing. All he asked for was a copy of the mobile app receipt so he could share with his manager.
