Wendy's

Closed 30 minutes before its stated closing time on their window, and the time listed on Google and their website both. Been before and foods fine, but to drive there for nothing other than to have my time wasted, is pretty frustrating and can't give more than lowest rating for such poor operations.

Food was good and hot, didn't give me my sauces for any of the meals, which my daughter won't eat her nuggets without sauce... Second visit Update: Never coming back. Pretty sure both employees we saw were high as kites. Food was cold, got fries instead of apple slices in my child's kids meal. All fries were definitely past their "good" time frame...and given in a very small quantity...like only maybe 10 fries. We asked 3 times for our receipt because we were short changed and the female employee huffed and roller her eyes before getting it for us. Nope, 2 bad experiences are enough for me to say no more returns to this location. Also Biggie bags are now $6 and $7...not such a good value. Spent over $20 for 2 "value" meals and a kids meal

Dirty, needs maintenance, staff not friendly

This Wendy’s needs some help. It needs remodeling! The inside was sad and dated. The people working there seem miserable, no smiling faces here. Did not have senior dinks available, we get senior drinks at all other Wendy’s around Richmond.

Ordered Cinnabon Pull Aparts and it came with no frosting. So they were Cinnamon Dry Clumps instead.
