Told them I wanted my food fresh and was OK with waiting,the food taste like they just re-dropped the old food and told me it was fresh

Small sandwich that cost 4 dollars. What a rip-off.

Food is always good quality.. went inside for separate pickup orders and I was just started at by everyone and when I asked about my orders they just pointed in a direction. Hardly spoke a word to me

Please avoid this trash Wendy's. Just tired to walk inside and order and have my daughter use the bathroom as well. There was a customer inside but the door was locked!!? It's 428 and it's open, why are the doors locked?! Couldn't even order and I just left. I can see multiple employees inside not one came to the door. This location is horrible

Very disappointed that the app could not capture my live experience.

Waited 10 mins to order. Saw the person making food not using gloves. Young girl asked me with an attitude “what you want” she seemed to be in a hurry to go somewhere. Other workers came walking in not acknowledging me as I stood there. Worst customer service I will never come to this Wendy’s again
