Wendy's

Wendy's is a nice place when you are a rush for a fast lunch. And you want to get a delicious salad. They are always fresh and crispy. I actually lost 40 pounds in 40 days eating the apple salad. The employees were amazed to see how the pounds were dropping and I was stunned and excited and thrilled to have shed 40 pounds well, actually 38 in 40 days. And please don't worry. This was free honest advertisement. I really lost the weight eating salads there n with HCG injections. So go check out wendy's salads. This is the third time that I've gone to this Wendy's where I waited a while and then found out that they don't serve frosties. Don't advertise something you don't sell. This is disappointing. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I normally don't write bad reviews but this had to be done. I hope that no one in their right mind goes to this Wendy's. I do reviews for a lot of restaurants. I am part of the top 10% of reviewers in the US. I hope my word means something to you all reading this. I gave this location three chances to hopefully fix this but clearly this is an issue.

Never want to take my WALK-IN order around 7-730ish PM, mobile app only which is ridiculous. Lobby close at 8pm, and they deny me as Always forced to go to Drive through,to make a order, and sit for 20 mins for a 5$ doller order, Female manager is rude and most employees horseplay and dont take there job a lil bit serious at this location.

This place just keeps getting worse. Not sure who's really at fault. The area, store managers, or Wendys as a corporation. Food quality is horrible. Burgers were hard, dry, and usually dark. The bun literally had the square inprint of the patty it sat so long clearly. The box of fries weren't even half filled and they were definitely old. Spent 30 bucks to trash it as soon as we saw it. Because of the management at this particular store, we knew taking it back would have been a joke. The guy taking the order wasn't the worst we've had but the same manager, female, Small build, with glasses. eating food in plain view of the guests and other staff just hanging out. With no regard to anything going on. For some reason this store is never properly staffed and out of product all the time. Management shows know true leadership and could care less about resolving issues appropriately. Staff members are very weak in the area of work ethic and show no pride in themselves let alone their work ethic. They are usually unsanitary in appearance and during guest interactions. Extremely dissatisfied and will give this store no more chances. Thursday night was our last visit. I hope Wendy's Corporate is more attentive to the people they have running their stores in the future.

This location opened at 6:30, I came to the drive thru at 7:44 and nobody wanted to take my order! I drove around the building to see somebody through the window and I continued back to the drive thru and still nobody wanted to take my order. If they don’t wanna work why have a job?!
