Very convenient, very fast and friendly service, shout out to the late night crew for being there for me!
The restaraunt is fairly clean and staff were nice. The serving time was somewhat slow for how busy they were and the Krabby Patty meal was dissapointing.
On break, I went here to get lunch. I pulled up to the speaker the lady was who spoke was rude. I said multiple times that I have a tomato allergy and need them to please change their gloves. The lady just said yup pull to the window. She didn't say a word but yanked my card out my hand before I could say anything. Then, she hurried to shut the window. Barely open the window just enough to reach her arm out to give me my card. No recipe. Then she almost dumped my drink on me. She shoved it out the window that was barely open. Then, she shoved the food out the window. Slamed it shut without saying one word. Or giving me a chance to talk.
I called customer service. Who felt horrible for my experience offered to give me a new meal. Mind you, I was working a 14-hour shift that day, and that was the only time I could leave my store. I threw my whole meal away as soon as I got back to work. Because I can't afford to have an allergic reaction and go to the hospital because I can't breathe. Because I had no clue if they changed their gloves
My French fries was not hot. I must remember to check the bag before I pull off.
It was a slight issue with the computer, but the staff quickly made sure I still got what I needed and took their time to solve the issue in a friendly manner. Thanks again
The day I went, it was very busy. The team definitely jumped into action. The Drive-thru and the dining room were cleared rather efficiently. Great job!

Very rude lady who takes order's through the drive thru. As soon as I got to the speaker she asked “what you want?” Then proceeded to rudely tell me they don’t have the biggie bag of whatever I wanted. .. to sum it up if you’re in customer service you should not speak to people this way. I don’t even want to spend my money at this location.
