Wendy's

I had a pleasant cashier. The breakfast food was uncooked and nasty!! Do the employees know to heat the english muffins? My potatoes were half way done . Please train the employees on preparing food!

The girl working the drive through with the long red braids on 10/18/24 at 2:30pm was very nasty, very rude and she needs to work in the back of the house because she is not customer friendly. She was so rude i pulled off

Don't understand why the lobby closes early some days. I really feel like the franchise owners don't care about shit as long as they make money. Waiting 20 minutes for food is ridiculous especially for food delivery drivers.

Food was good once they corrected my order. Service a little slow.

Stood in line for 30 mins for them to keep looking and said 4 more minutes not trying to be funny but this is a fast food place I could of went to sit and eat.

This place is a joke stood in line for 10 minutes while they made uber eats and door dash orders. Who cares about everyone standing in line left and went elsewhere!

I want to express my deep disappointment with my recent drive-thru experience at Wendy's. I ordered two #2 meals, one coffee, and one coke. However, the coffee was served cold and not filled to the brim. Despite asking for cream and sugar, there was no cream available, and the sandwich and potatoes were not served hot. The bread was also not fresh. This experience left me feeling like it was a waste of money. Wendy's, you need to step up your game when it comes to breakfast, or consider discontinuing the offering altogether.

Terrible they all have u sit at the monitor to order staring at u for over 15 min disgusting pulled off

Food was incorrect, fries tasted like the oil they were cooked in was old and burnt. Staff was polite.

Ghetto, but decent if you need something fast.

I just hate the whole "can you back your car up so we can take even longer to complete your order, and we dont get dingged for taking long" Do better, and stop telling people to back their cars up just to stare at the window waiting for them to say pull up.

Me and my boyfriend went last night thru the drive thru around 11:30 pm , the person who was working the drive thru window was rude when taking our order, you can barely see what’s on the menu outside cause it’s was pitch black , then we woke up this morning sick from the food we both got food poisoning from this location

This Wendy’s on 9 mile and gratiot is very rude the manger is do freakin rude my daughter called to check on the status of her application and the manger was very rude to her stating if I didn’t call you then you didn’t get the job how rude was that if anybody has a cooperate number for Wendy’s please post it here
