The staff don’t want to be here. The floor feels greasy. There’s lots of swearing audible from the dining room. No cups for ketchup. And are those bullet holes in a broken window? I won’t be back.
My first time here and won’t be back. Dining room was closed hours early, they were serving a guy on foot in the drive thru, rude associate who didn’t give me the rest of my order and copped an attitude because I hadn’t pulled off yet.
Service is terrible. Need to close it down and hire people that really want to work.not one professional employee in the establishment.
Couldn’t think of a worse Wendy’s in the surrounding area. Every time I come here, it takes them forever to simply even take my order. Not only that, but they close down about one hour before their actual listed closing time. It’s very frustrating. And then they’ll say they’re only accepting mobile orders…stupid
As soonest I got there the atmosphere was horrible. Employees just looked at me like they didn't want me there. The place was empty, so when I got there of course no one was working just talking. I placed my order and repeated myself more than 3 times making sure the cashier placed my order right. Well, I end up getting my order wrong, just as I suspected. All employees were doing nothing, they didn't want to work. Manager was sitting at his office. All this time was very patient, but when I noticed that they just wrapped the sandwich again and placed into someone else's order disgusting
Absolute WORST customer service experience I've ever had. Drive through had "no salt". They didn't ask if I needed anything ever! I sat in the drive through for a good 5-10mins. Finally got 2 ketchup for cold fries, and the sandwich was wrong to boot. If I could give a zero I would
