Lazy employees refused to take my order 20 minutes before they closed bc they already “started shutting down.” How about you shut down after closing time?

Will not be back until robotic drive thru ordering is removed, system doesn't work well or understand orders. Extremely cumbersome and annoying feature.
They recently started using a AI ordering system. I've used it 3 times now and 3 times it has gotten my order wrong. It doesn't seem to understand no, and when it asks me if I want to make it a combo and I say no it removes the sandwich I want. Then the drive through people have to manually correct it. Today after the correction, I got charged the right amount but only got my biggie bag and not my sandwich. The AI ordering is making ordering a hassle for customers and staff
Absolutely the worst sandwich I have had at a Wendy’s in my life. Basically like eating a sponge filled with grease. Burger completely undercooked and pink. The top and bottom bun is soggy and black from grease. Lady at drive-through was more concerned with her phone and who she was talking to on the phone then dealing with us the customer at the drive-through window. Get it together Wendy’s this is unacceptable.
Yall suck fr. Check your bags when you get at the window. It ain't hard to play match the food to the picture and click on it. No wonder they put AI at the window because they all got attitude.
This restaurant employs managers who are rude, and who treat their employees terribly. They also force their employees to write glowing reviews so they wouldn't get in trouble. Definitely not worthy of the title "Flagship" location.
