They let someone take my order for my dad and refused to remake it. Cancelled my order and is giving me a refund in 10-12 business days. Ridiculous.

Alonzo is rude, and impatient employee who happened to be at drive through when I ordered. For some odd reason he was rushing me for payment making me feel totally uneasy, and I was left with a regretful feeling spending my money and stopping by this Wendys. It is a shame, because this is my neighborhood Wendys, and now I feel like my customer experience fell short due to a inpatient, rude drive through employee. Sad part is he literally got angry because I was still in drive through widow trying to check my food. Literally shoosed me away (like get out of here already) with his hands... Not cool at all. Alonzo needs more training on how to be patient when dealing with customers.
Wendy's is a great place for a quick bite and is a little better quality and service than other FF places.

Have seen the owner (or manager, she drives a Tesla) sit in the drive-thru line and then pass papers and/or supplies in through the window to the employee. Disgusting (possibly a health code violation?) and incredibly lazy. Get off your *** and go in the restaurant yourself, princess.
