Man I couldn’t wait to post this review! My family was traveling back home to Dallas and stopped in the area for the night. We pulled into the parking lot and 3 men were trying to wave us down right away. We ignore that and park on the side. As we’re trying to download the app for the new deals, a carload pulls up next to us. We’re already on alert from the 3 guys lurking, so of course we’re watching everyone at this point. So the last female gets out and starts yelling at my boyfriend asking him what is he staring at. Continues that all the way inside and I try to let her know she was mistaken. She tells me I need to check my man there was no reason for that. I was watching her too! Then find out that it’s THE CASHIERS FAMILY! So, I tell him, what happened. And now I’m leaving an honest opinion about our situation at this location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
I was trying to figure out how to add a promo to my order via the Wendy's app and when I pulled up to the window I asked the employee if he could help. He asked me to wait for his manager, the manager walked up to the window and before I could explain anything she (the manager) proceeded to cut me off and say "we don't know nothing about no app, we don't help with that". I said thank you ma'am, and pulled away politely. Some people were never taught the special gift to be able to treat everyone with respect no matter race, gender or age. This manager was a prime example of how to make sure a place of business has no return customers.
