Went through the drive through. Had about 9 vehicles in front of us. Waited 47 minutes from the time we pulled up till the time we received our food. Food was ok. Sandwiches were fresh but the French fries were cold. Had to ask for our drinks. If you are not in hurry this is the place to go. I myself will not go back. It’s suppose to be a drive through restaurant which usually any where else is no longer than a 15 minute wait.
In a true testament to late stage capitalism, this Wendys proves theyre willing to sacrifice quality, service and customer's time on the alter of "profit". When you order an hour early and still have to wait 45 minutes in store because the corporate offices cant be bothered to staff their stores properly in between bouts of stock buybacks, it becomes clear that Wendy's main allure of being "fast food" is a thing of the past. Do not come here if you value your time, money or sanity. Otherwise, the frostys are pretty good.
I eneded up walking out. Tell the lady that is complaining non stop about how people don't do their job while everyone is busting their buttons except her to shut her mouth and get to work. No one wants to hear her complain loudly in the kitchen while we are trying to enjoy your service. Great job on advertising getting me to come in and attempt to buy food, horrible job on the lady complaining and ruining the atmosphere. If she doesn't like her job, she should quit. I was there at 1215pm on Sunday the 17th.
Ordered about 7:30. The cashier was rude over the order but handed me the bag after about ten minutes. I check it for my biscuits gravy and theirs a biscuit sandwich. I go back immediately to wair till 8:35 on the dish, just for it to be cold. My burrito was good Atleast.
Slow service. I waited in line for 25 minutes I had one infront of me. Waited another 40 minutes for food. I got my frosty before my combo meal then had to wait another 20 minutes for that. No bacon on my jbc. I'm surprised they are open.
