What’s wrong with you guys? I have been ignoring this issue for a long time now but why is that the sandwich and burgers are always partially prepared in the late night orders? Once I reciveed just a bun with patty, next time the sauce was missing and now the sauce, lettuce, cheese is missing

It's the worst Wendy's in the cincinnati area. I all ways have to wait for something. The last time I was there I was asked 3 times what my order was. I pulled out of the drive thru by I guess 3 people running the drive thru. I wish they would close lt and apologize to the owner and the customer.

This location is the worst ever , my family Ordered 2 Dave singles with cheese plain we recieved 1 chicken sandwich with everything, and a Dave's double with everything, we ordered 3 French fries they were overcooked unedible, we ordered 2 baked potatoes with chives and cheese and sour cream we were given cheese French fries with chives this place doesn't give a f what you order they give you whatever they want they just don't care

Came to drive thru, And was told no food available. Waiting for truck.

This place is filthy and a mess.

They need to get their stuff together. I asked for a baconator and got a $2 hamburger. Their rude and play around to much. This what I paid $ 6.19 for

Constantly messing up your order then have a. Attitude and act like it’s your problem when you want what you payed for.

I ordered a baconator, fries and 6 piece nugget.They had my food ready as soon as I got to the window and there was only a car in front of me which seemed a little odd. I get home to see the burger is plain no bacon, cheese, onions, noting just two patty’s on a bun. I’m already upset about that but still hungry so I start to eat the burger but it tasted weird so I looked at it just see that the inside of the burger was pink. The carelessness is enough to get someone sick, I’m completely disappointed and will not be back at that location.

Who is the manager for this location? Who ever Bri is she is rude. And refused to give me my money back. Demanding I get a credit. When I don't want to eat here at ALL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. And she yelled at me across the restaurant.

This is a very disgusting place to eat at as soon as you walk in the door you see food all over the windows and the floor And the food is even worse

I don’t eat out at fast food very often and the last time I did, it was some years ago at Wendy’s. I can distinctly remember how thick and hot and delicious the chicken in their chicken sandwich with tender white meat and a crispy outside and a beautiful thick tomato on top With a nice crisp piece of lettuce and soft chewy delicious bread. I was very hungry after missing dinner after work and stopped at Wendy’s to try to re-create that experience. It was awful. The chicken part of the chicken sandwich was rubbery and thin and chewy. I think the meat itself was about a quarter inch thick . The lettuce was soggy. The tomato was sliced about an eighth of an inch thick and was floppy and mushy. The bread was just OK. What a humongous change. I will never eat at Wendy’s again. Those days of a thick juicy tender, flaky, white meat with a crispy crust and a crisp thick slice of tomato and crisp lettuce are over. That was a dream from years past that will never be reclaimed. So sad. I could make a better chicken sandwich myself. I wish the CEO could have the same two contrasting experiences I did. What a horrible waste of money. Disgusting.

Incredibly rude service , always mess up your food and get an attitude when you ask them to fix it !!
