Had to wait n pull up n there was no one behind us!

Stopped in 4/7/23. The Caucasian woman on drive thru is rude. She starts off the conversation with what do you want. Maybe a better attitude? And she seemed too old to behave in such a childish manner.

Store supposedly opens at 6:30 a.m. The doors were locked at 10:30 when I arrived.

The Wendy's by me has been closed forever but it was never very well managed. So today I went to this location on Michigan Ave in Canton, MI because I had been there in the past and it was usually better. Today I thought I would have lunch there real quick while I was out doing errands. I'm sorry that I bowed to a fast food craving at all. The drive through was all the way around the building so I thought I would go in. No matter. One can tell the moment upon entering a place that has a fryer that is not maintained proper because it smells of old grease. I should have left there but no. I continued. There were only two orders ahead of me but it took forever. I am patient when it comes to people in the service industry because it is a hard life. But they were only concerned with complaining to each other about hours and overtime and The Man in general. The fountain area was disgusting. None of the soda flavor were functioning. I had to get diet Coke from the back. The fellow on counter was trying his best and once I ordered I did get my food quickly but it was a drag. It was the worst $12 I have ever spent but what good would it have done to take it back? Fast food quality is hit and miss and while again, it may not have been the staff's fault that the chicken was like an 1/8 inch thick so this is what I get for stopping for fast food like that. I ordered a double cheeseburger When they gave it to me it was cold I asked them to touch it so they can verify that it was cold They got mad at me they were looking at me like I don't know anything I want my money back ok Horrible experience I'm talking about the store in 46110 Michigan av Canton MI

Bunch of slow idiots working there do yourself a favor and drive to a different one, you'll thank me! Oh and the dining room closes at 4:30 or so they told me.

Worst Wendy's I've ever went to. Forgot 2 of my sandwiches. Fries were old and barely edible. Had to come back to get the food the forgot and then they made the sandwiches wrong. $30 for garbage food and service. Will never go there again.
