Ordered their new menu item, Cinnabon pullaparts, the worst excuse for trying to represent Cinnabon!! You’d think the quality would compare to”Cinnabon “ any where else but far from it! They should try to show pride!
If you want to wait in the drive through for 10 minutes for you breakfast when they are slow and enjoy it cold after you have to go inside to get it, it's the place to go! They really need to get some pointers from the Garity store, I won't be back to this one!
We visit here a lot, they almost never get our order right, but the attitude is usually good. Updated 2024: Like most places these days, customer service has also taken a nose dive. The food IS good, but, that's about it. I suggest some investment in management skills, training, positive reinforcement of staff, and a much better work atmosphere.
Their system is ALWAYS and CONSTANTLY down! Like every other day! If they can’t take orders then they can’t take cash or they can’t take card. If it’s not one thing it’s another. SMH
Horribe service lately. Today their was a sign at drive thru that it was cash only. As I pulled up to order the teller advised cash only! I said "hope you can break a 100.00" she comes back and says no. Mind you cars in front and back of me. Sign should have indicated exact change or nothing over $$. Very unprofessional and my waiting in line could have been avoided if sign was specific.
