I was trying to order through the drive thru when the guy on the speaker kept cutting me off from EVERYTHING I was saying, if he wasn’t cutting me off from what I was saying then he was saying “come on bruh, hurry up”. Will never go here again, they have the worst service!!

Customer service was terrible. Burgers were old ,should have been in the chilli meat drawer. Baked potato was cold wouldn't even melt the butter, and it was hard. Employees were arguing with one another. No respect for the manager or customers. I should have left and went somewhere else. Waited several minutes just to be waited on. I would have fired at least two of the employees on the spot. Won't go back to this location again. Terrible!!!
They forgot to give me one of my burgers and the fries were cold and old. And my chicken nuggets were cold and old.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is a franchise Wendy's restaurant that could have so much potential, but the staff and what appears to be management are awful. I came in twice last week. I always greet anyone across the intercom before I make any menu selections. The person on the other end was very rude (they always are) she cut me off mid-sentence and yelled can you go ahead and order. I asked if I could have a moment because my kids were still deciding what they wanted. Shortly after, I was ready to order but made to wait. When she finally came back to take the order, she still had an attitude and after every item asked if that was all?! When we got to the window, their expression and way of handling things were very passive-aggressive. All of the food was ice cold, the fries had clumps of salt in them. The chicken I ordered was old, fried hard and the mayo was clear with wilted lettuce. The double-stack burgers had only one piece of meat and as you can see from the photo the 2nd patty seemed to have been broken into pieces to split between the 3 biggie bag meals that I purchased. The baked potato was wet, smelled sour, and looked as if it was stepped on. I opted for Chilli, but they did not have any as they never do. Overall the money spent was just shy of 36.00. I spent the evening and the next two days vomiting and in the bathroom, so much in fact that I had to go to urgent care. I missed two days of work and wasted money. I know that times are hard, but I ask that you please hire individuals who want to work and will prepare food that will align with the standards and legacy of this restaurant. It's scary that they would serve food this way to any customers, and have an attitude while doing so.
