Service and quality was wack. Sticky floors and drink machine had low number of drinks available
Terrible service and just horrible experience. Closed early as well as rude workers
On a number of occasions when visiting the store for drive-thru, anytime after 11:45 PM, I am told that I cannot be served because they are either out of food or they’re closed. Number one, how can you be out of food? Number two, drive-thru hours are posted with a midnight closing time. Why is it between 11:45 and 11:55 PM you can’t be served?
So where do I start. Last weekend the Family and I went here and had a horrible experience dining inn. Just to make it more clear there was 6 of us. The young kid that was helping us was obviously still new at taking orders. He was very nice and apologetic as he was trying to make it right. I had asked to add bacon to my sandwich which he was trying to do and finally what I assume to be the manager on shift asked rudely to the boy what are you doing. He explained to her and she got upset and instead of showing him she just did it really quick but she was rude about it. My order was correct when I looked at my receipt. Anyways we get our food we go sit down and my sandwich was made wrong and we were missing a sandwich. So went I back up and told the boy at the counter what was wrong he tried to explain to again who I assumed is the manager what happened and she said well you took there order. But she was the one that packed the bags. So I got my sandwich fixed and was still waiting on the one I was missing. 2 mins passed by I was still standing there and the assumed manager looked at me and said what is wrong now. I said still waiting on the missing sandwich she rolled her eyes and yelled at the person making the sandwiches to hurry up and make it. I got it and all was fine after that had no more interactions with them.
So moving forward to yesterday morning and I went through drive thru this time because I was taking kids to school. I ordered 3 meals and 2 other sandwiches. The lady taking my order was very nice which I am a very nice person as I work in customer service as well. She tells me to pull forward and as I pull up the window is partially open. The same assumed manager was bagging the food and I hear her make the comment OMG what did they do order the whole menu. Like seriously 3 meals and 2 extra sandwiches is the whole menu. Anyways got the food made sure we had 5 sandwiches and 3 hashbrowns. Got down the road and the food was wrong. Looked at the receipt and it was put in wrong. Look I get it we all make mistakes but maybe read back the order or something I am partially at fault for this one as well but still. But I will not be going back to this BK at all. I will wait until the one on 341 opens back up. Managers need to learn how to treat people and maybe so many mistakes won't be made.
They can't do anything right and you can't pull out the drive thru because of trees. You're stuck. Don't go
I got two 5, dollar meals and both sandwiches for a cold 🥶 the meats on the sandwiches were very cold unacceptable. Restaurant had about eight workers back there what a shame, they were all black no discrimination I'm black too.
The young lady that were in the drive thru had a nasty attitude didn't put no ice in our sweet tea we had to ask for straws she frown her face up like we're getting on her nerves they really sucks bad
Lady doing the drive thru did a great job, place was packed with people trying to get food after dealing with the hurricane and having no power. She kept the line moving.
Listen!!! Burger King keep it up!! All got it going on; The STAFF has really stepped up since COVID!! HOT food EVERYTIME, I pull up! I REALLY APPRECIATE IT ! Thank you ALL !!! That damn burger hit the spot!!
Worst service I have received from "fast food" in a long time. We waited at the windows for our food for about a total of 20 minutes for 2 burgers and an order of chicken fries. By the time we received our food my fries were cold and my drink didn't have any ice in it. I watched my bag of food sit on the counter while one of the employees was twerking while getting herself a refreshment with... ice...
The girl was very rude, was standing in front of me and still had me to wait and to find out it was nothing she was just standing there with a rag in her hand while customers just standing in line, when she finally came up to the register she was nasty acting and rude, I told her I had a online order it was ice cream she then said it's not working "just like McDonald's does" so I lost that when I asked for the main office number they said there wasn't one, then when I looked up the corporate office number it didn't work, I guess burger king really don't care how there employees act, I would not eat at this place, they need a whole new crew management and all
