Tried to get food here. Was told it would be 20 min before they could take my order. They were doing shift change? Ridiculous. Should be seamless
We arrived at 930 and there was an employee sitting in the dining area eating and somebody else sweeping up. They don't close till 10 and they were not responding to the drivethru or even acknowledged that we were trying to order. What horrible service to close way before they were supposed to.
they need whole new staff so they will have some good business..
Good food short wait time warm fries a little gloomy but was good overall Parking: A lot of parking spaces
Expensive and slow. Food wasn't fresh
So this my third attempt. Each time was told they were not taking drive through orders. Today my food cold smh
There were only 2 people working. They tried to take care of everybody inside and drive thru while getting food cooked and orders right. But as someone who's had family members work in the restaurant business, I know that's impossible, and whoever their manager is that put them in that situation needs to reevaluate. If you don't have the money to have more than two employees working at a time, then you need to think about whether you should be open. Because getting cold food or overcooked food because they're too busy trying to work more than one area doesn't bring repeat business. Paying that much for food that you end up throwing away half of because it's not good, and having to go somewhere else and pick up something will not bring us back. And I know from being there the time I was there that we're not the only people that felt that way. And it's not the employee's fault they were overworked stretch the person cooking was trying to take an order while the person at the drive through was taking orders while taking mobile orders out to cars. They were well overworked. And we threw money away due to it.
