Went there tonight I'm only 5 mins away from restaurant got home and poutine was cold and fries were cold and gravy was even colder. Bacon on my baconator was hard as a rock wouldn't even eat it as jerky. Will be going back tomorrow for refund. Will not be buying from this store again

Skipped a burger just now, come on guys, all that was on the burger was mayo and tomato. It was absolutely drowned in mayo.... And one small slice of tomatoe with the green end.... Are you joking. Honestly it's pathetic. Thanks for a gross burger that cost 16 dollars.

Wow the customer service at this location is awful. I went to the drive thru with my daughter. We ordered 2 meals. When we got to the window I paid, $32 and as the girl passes my drinks they are dripping with pop, keep in mind she passes them both to me at the same time and not gracefully, I asked for some napkins as I am holding the 2 drinks out the window she comes back basically throws the bag of food at me and says napkins are in the bag and closes the window. I said are you serious and she just sat there and just chatted with 2 other employees. Again no cars behind me. Honesty last time I will go there. People have no morals anymore when dealing with customer service.
