I can see why customers are leaving a one star reviews in our opinion this this Wendy’s is run by a sub standard crew low energy individual “Trinity a male at 7:50am " I also run a business I always have my best friendly faces up front in the counter..I observed he was more in talking personal conversation with the female co.worker by the way customers do notice what goes on behind the counter..this is the kind of feedback I see on reviews for this frenchies..this is valuable information for the owner ✌️

If I wanted to listen to rap music blasting and watch the employees behind the counter throwing trash into the trash can like they are playing basketball I would've gone to a basketball game!! CLEAN UP YOUR ACT, MANAGEMENT! YOUR RUNNING A BUSINESS NOT A FREAKING CIRCUS! I HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE FINISHING MY MEAL THE MUSIC WAS SO DAM LOUD! I will walk somewhere else before spending my money here again.

Jaysean was super professional and I must say great communication skills with the proper training as a Wendy's franchise there is definitely a great manager on its way .

If only there was a 0 star option. Does not deserve the 1 star. Found hair in my food.

Trinity was so nice. Customer service was outstanding and food was hot and fresh. Trinity was the best employee ive ever seen in my life.

Dumbest idea I’ve to put mobile orders where anyone can just grab them than refuse to remake it.

Overnight shift rocks! Two wonderful ladies especially one who took my order she’s cute :)
