Wendy's

This place is slow, even with order ahead I had to stand waiting 15 minutes in the restaurant. I watched an employee make up a bag for his dinner, sit down and eat it while I was waiting. The restaurant had two other people in it and no line in the drive thru. Failure of service.

This Wendy's has been completely remodeled and seems to be a waste of square footage. Seems like a lot of space that isn't being used. Food was standard. DW had a double and I had the chicken wrap. Just as expected. Workers were very friendly.

I spent $7.20 cent about. Fries cold burger old nuggets hard. & feel like THC WAS IN THE ICE MAKER CRAZY AFRICAN AMERICANS AND MIDDLE EASTERN PEOPLE YOU WOULD THINK SERVICE WOULD BE BETTER/ then I called 3 times no one answered the phone great customer service

Very clean and nice with the new reno. Still feels weird to have so much seating area. Interior menuboard only displayed combos, not the value menu or cheaper stuff. Food was typical Wendy's

I thought I would try the newly reopened Wendy's on Whitehall Road. I went a week before the Grand Opening. The service was faster and better at that time but we will see as time goes on. The Single and Frosty were good and as I had ordered. The chili was thin, and sparse. The beef was not chopped finely enough and was in large clumps that did not look like ground beef. I will go back to see if the service is still good or has gone back to rude and slow.

Excited to check it out after the opening day craziness which was a fun event! Had dinner around 630pm. Overall the place was not clean at all maybe even cake from previous day. The bathroom was missing toilet paper in women's. The people at the counter or lack there of seemed annoyed/unhelpful and took 3 people to figure out I wanted a cup while I waited 10 mins for 1 kids mobile order meal. I also wanted to get my keychain frosty which was an issue. They wanted me to order something though I had a mobile order. Idk if it is not knowing how to order Frosty via Mobile but there was no one taking orders. Employees were rolling their eyes when I was trying to figure out my frosty desire as well as when asking for ketchup and BBQ(that they forgot) should get less stars but hope they get it together.

This Wendy's just had a brand new Grand Opening. It was hurting badly prior. However, I honestly don't see any difference other than the physical structure. Sadly disappointing. Super poor service. Especially considering this is a huge hub for people to stop on their way to the ocean in the summer months.

Burger was perfect. Their Frosty machine was out through.
