Wendy's

I ORDERED CHILI no utensils, am I suppose to eat with hands. I also ordered a Dave's single and fry without salt. The bag was ripping apart and the person laughed when I shared the fries had salt and when he gave me the new fries. My bag was extremely grease and you can tell, they actually don't care. By the score I see why. NEVER will go here, you think because its close to Alpharetta there will be some class but nothing of that nature. Really disappointed Corporate really needs to look at reviews. You can't tell it's hurting the Brand. How sad

Excellent service and piping hot fresh food! I have been going to this Wendy’s ever since I moved to Alpharetta and they always get my order correct. Every manager I have seen there is always friendly and cares about their customers. I have seen multiple bad reviews about this store but they obviously don’t understand that these people are humans too and make mistakes. Please spread kindness for all of those who serve you food!

Tried to speak with a manager, they just stared at me like they didn't understand the words coming out of my mouth. Extremely rude.

Great customer service fast and fresh food

Manager Rosa is one if the worst humans I've encountered, she has to be an industry plant. No one can be this ignorant to decent human interaction. Idiocy. Acts as if she has no more than 1st Grade education. Ask her a question, she just stares at you like a 6yr old. Absolute moron. Her other manager V-something is an arrogant prick. My refund was refused and did not get the food I asked for.

What's the issue with asking for Chili Sauce? Refused entirely, or I'm handed 1 packet held in the managers' thumb and index only passing it thru the window like they're auditioning for the role of a lifetime. You're that petty? This is the 3rd time in a row, why? Why do you care so much? Who hurt you?

I just went through the Wendy’s drive-through at this location to come home and open my burger with a long piece of blonde hair in it called the manager to report it and denied that there was anyone working with blonde hair and said it wasn’t possible.
