I placed an order today for delivery and they messed up on a drink. The doordasher was kind but I called the location and the guy who answered hung the phone up when I told him I'm missing a drink that I paid for. I will be leaving a review on the company's website as well as sending an email to customer support and sharing this experience on all of my social media platforms for the way my inconvenience with my missing drink was handled. I am not satisfied with the customer service I was given today by Wawa.
Our food was wrong but an associate was nice and fixed it but the manager refused to help by doing a return for an incorrect product sold to me by a location up the road. We’re on a road trip and did not have time to go back to the first one so that’s two hundred dollars I lose thanks a lot..but to top it off the manager and her associates were standing around laughing and making fun of me for asking for assistance before she finally came over and gave an attitude telling me I should’ve not left one before being sure. Well when the boxes are identical and your job is to listen to customers all day I believed she as another manager knew her job, my mistake but I did expect to be treated better guess the only good wawas are in nj
There’s nothing better then a nice delicious Roast Beef Hoagie the price is perfect and the atmosphere is beautiful I love Wawa

Excellent coffee their pre-made breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. The staff works very hard there. They have to put up with a lot and they're still polite. Wawa will always have my business.
There was a large line but thanks to self check out we were able to get out quick!
I like Wawa no matter which location I go to
*Photo attached* Yall wanna charge almost $10 for a bowl and give this tiny amount. I remember they use to actually fill the bowl up. Charge more to give less. Seems to be the trend nowadays with businesses.
