Wawa

I go every morning it's always a hassle 90% of the time the coffee is always the sugars and creamers are always empty and there is one person's focusing on the expensive coffees and they should have two people like the other one was around Marion county doing the coffees but know this location only has one person doing it very disappointed in this Wawa and I live in the town so I have no time to go somewhere else so most of the other places are about the same way too Parking: The parking is terrible

I try to always fill up my tank at Wawa. Also have the greatest coffee.

I just stopped by this wawa In belleview on my way to work for a vanilla iced latte. I paid $5.77 in the app, and selected curbside. I waited for 10min, nobody came out. I went inside and asked the young man making the drinks. he said he never got my order and to go talk to the cashier. I go ask the cashier he tells me go talk to Tina. Tina tells me they have my drink. I go to take a sip of it, there's absolutely no vanilla. I asked the young man could he please add vanilla, he says he didn't realize it was suppose to have vanilla and put a small amount in. honestly I get the drink and it still doesn't taste much like vanilla so the lady Tina goes and comes back and gives me a small shot of vanilla and tells me, thats it. nothing else she can do or I'll have to pay again. horrible service. I'll stick to the wawa in oxford who is always kind, fast, and efficient.

Ordered a turkey sub from here today and it didn't have the turkey on it. I had called and asked to have it fixed. Maddy the manager was rude as nasty and refused to make us food ever again. Now she was rude and nasty because I had said everytime we order food from here it's always messed up. She started calling my fiance names and made her cry. Will never get my service again and will be speaking to the dm

Poor customer service, no standards. No one cares here. Very poor management and oversight.

Somehow managed to find the one Wawa in the country that seems to always have staff, but the service is HORRENDOUS The outside is always dirty as well. Trips like these always remind me why I take the 5min detour from work to go the the Wawa in Oxford. Do better.
