The quality of the food is always topnotch. The selection was a bit limited on my last visit, but I did go in around 7:30. The seleves probably got cleared out at the start of the dinner rush. Overall, I really rate Wasabi, I always stop in for the doriyaki
I have ordered several times via Uber Eats until a year ago. Most of those times they always called after confirming the order to change the order because they seem to have a extremely flawed stock management. It says here that they close at 10pm and my orders were always before 8 pm which is way too soon to run out of stock. On 16 Feb 2023 however is the severe incident which neither WASABi or UBER is taking action to resolve even a year after. I placed an order at 7 pm after having returning from an exhausting trip without food at home. They cancelled the order altogether as they have nothing to replace, 3 hours before closing time. I was still charged for that. I phoned 2 times restaurant that night and no solution was ever offered. I have been at odds with UBER ever since (it has been months). they gave me different timeframes and nearly a year on and no solution. With no response from neither UBER or WASABI I actioned my financial institution and got a refunded but UBER retaliated by cancelling my subscription and banned me from the UBER Eats app until I pay this undue charge. Yesterday I got banned from UBER app as well and was left stranded unable to order a car. You might say: "Well, that's between you and Uber". Yes and no! It has been between me and Uber but I was advised by my financial institution to report both as fraud. But let's not forget that this while mess started with WASABI's gross mismanagement and incompetence! And it has been a full year of hassle! In would stay away from both! I am adding a response since the channel doesn't allow a reply. But the comment below is a good example of the constant push up I am up against the past 12 months. Dear Jane, I phone several times the restaurant and spoke with the manager. The order should have been cancelled via Uber so I would get the refund. I have been at odds with them ever since and I have been block from Uber Eats and Uber because of the mismanagement of Wasabi. It is stark the lack of accountability. Please resolve this with Uber urgently or I will have to implicate you in.further action as I have been advised to by my financial institution. Kind regards
