Incredibly inconvenient to shop here. Many aisles of merchandise are locked behind glass displays, but there is no way to signal that you need assistance. So... you have to look across the store for an employee (who isn't busy helping someone else unlock a display). Employees were clearly annoyed at how this store is set up. Bad for morale and not a good shopping experience
Supercenter.. Avoid going during evening time due to heavy rush and long queue.
Walmart have a nice team to talk to. When I need help with my thing.

Before heading to the store, I attempted to reach out via their automated phone system but that was a waste of time. No matter which number I pressed, I was met with nothing but dead air. It’s incredibly frustrating—what’s the point of having a phone number if your customers can’t actually speak to anyone?
