we got here and called in for our order. the girl brought out one item, not our whole order. we asked where the rest of the items were. after THIRTY MINUTES while other people came and left, she brought our other items out. we checked the order to make sure everything was okay. the first item she brought out was in the rest of the items brought out later (a $70 item). we inquired further about this as it showed this only once in our order, but turns out we were double-charged for it. she said we would have to go inside to have it corrected. as being upset as we were, we asked to speak with a manager. he came out and said he would be happy to take the item for us but had “no way to insure the money would go back on our card” in his words. we left and are now stuck with two of the same item we only wanted one of after waiting 30 minutes for the items…
