Walmart Supercenter

Absolutely love the friendly customer service offered at my home Walmart Store off Pinhook. Great location for the community. Good quality products offered for purchase. Store appeared to be clean & organized. Prices are within reason & consistent with other similar type big box stores offering same and/or similar type products to the general public. I always recommend Walmart to anyone. It's gonna be decades; possibly NEVER that a business like Walmart or business of greater financial status to come in & keep Sam's Club or Walmart out of business. Walmart is way to powerful to allow that to happen. Walmart is here to stay. Also, thank you for giving back to our community with items or donations or your training time.

Not enough cashiers. I WILL NOT USE the self check out until I start receiving a check from Wal Mart with my name on it.

After the store’s Manager told me a Blackstone Griddle was on clearance because the box was damaged because it was wet, I STUPIDLY BELIEVED HIM. He was the Manager, after all . He even helped me untape the box to see that everything looked great, (wrapped in plastic) and in good condition in the box. WRONG!!! After the Manger scanned the griddle for me to pay, he got a pallet lift to bring it to my car. Nice Right?!?!? Well, in just taking the griddle out of my car the box collapsed because it as full of rusted water. Pieces of cardboard and griddle parts went spilling out everywhere along with rusted water. When I returned the pieces of wet cardboard and rusted griddle parts, I was told by Customer Service it would be put back on clearance, “It’s WALL-MART”.

When I ordered groceries and went pick them up ,,they took ,45 minutes to bring it and they had cars come behind .me and got their groceries,,,that's at the Walmart in Crowley, Louisiana,,,,and I called the manger,,,I stayed on the phone waiting 20 minutes and no Manager came to the phone !!!!!!!!!

Food was freshly prepared. Everything was clean in the store and easy to find. I enjoyed this Walmart store.

My parents taught me manners, they always told me to treat people like I would like to be treated. Having been in retail, retired military and law enforcement, I most definitely believe in customer service. Today (6-8-24)I was at the Walmart that is located at 2428 W. Pinhook RD and I needed some assistance in locating an item. I knew I was close by but I was having a hard time finding it. I saw an associate passing by with a cart which I knew she was gathering items for online orders. I assumed she knew the whole store due to her position and I said hello to obtain her attention. The associate with long maroon/pink braids. Only slowed down enough to tell me that she did not worked at the department I was in. I told her I only had a question and then she told me she did not know anything about the item and that she was very busy. The associate then left. I stood there in shock due to the associate’s rude attitude. Another associate by the name of Faylan approached me and asked me if I needed assistance. I asked her if she had heard and seen what had just happened and she stated yes. I told her that I couldn’t believe that the other associate had been so rude. Faylan apologized for the other associate’s behavior and then assisted me in locating the item I was searching for. Faylan was very professional, polite, and courteous. I was on my way to pay when I observed the rude associate. I asked her for her name and she would not even look at me. She told me to leave her alone because she was very busy and she left quickly pushing her cart. I was never disrespectful towards her. I informed Team Group Leader Denicia about the incident because I believe that associates like the online associate who lack customer service skills should not be employed by Walmart.
