My rating is more for the mechanic shop than anything else. The mechanics will completely ignore you and will walk away if they see you coming towards them, leaving that for the service writer who is trying to please every customer best as he/she can, but is usually swamped resulting in long lines and steaming customers. I will often pick up my car and there won't be a next "oil change due" sticker and it won't be in my "next service due" in my cars computer. I'm semi-retired and can't afford the better shops expensive labor rates. But at the same time I shouldn't have to follow behind the mechanics and check their work, wipe off greasy fingerprints from the steering wheel and shifter, and enter my own info into the cars computer. I know it's Walmart, but still...
