Walmart Neighborhood Market

I love this Walmart & alllll of the staff. The two guys who get the carts are so friendly, and the cashiers are excellent, especially the tall gentleman who usually runs self-checkout. From what I can tell, the woman manager is kind to the employees. The pharmacy is terrific, and they have the best pharmacist who always asks about my family. This Walmart truly does the best it can. It is inconvenient that they lock up certain things, so when I need those, I do a pickup order, and those employees are also great.

Clean place

Terrible Customer Service. The cashier at the customer service desk was banging the items I was trying to return. Saying you don't understand me. I say you can't return them here! I told him I speak English. I do understand, but on my receipt, he doesn't say I can't. The manager told me the same thing. I say, can you please lest scan my receipt to see if it would let you? She said it would, but that was not allowed to return those items there. I had 3 gallons of week killer, but they also kill grass, so I need it to return it. So even though in the receipt or the policy doesn't say I xant not return it there, they didn't accept the return. Plus, the place is full of trash outside.

I don't know the ladies name that was working the self checkout but she was so nice and so friendly. I've never had that experience in the self check out before.

I understand why the laundry detergent is locked up do to theft however, when I have tried getting someone to answer the push button for help getting detergent no one shows up wasting the customer's time. Please find a more efficient system. Most all of the employee's are very nice at this location and it is a convenient location. I ask the Manager to please find a remedy to this problem.
