Wake Up Call - North Division

Me and my boyfriend go 2-3 times a week to grab coffee. We usually love our drinks and have zero issues. Today was the 2nd time in a row that they messed up our drinks. We called to see what we could do since we had only had a sip and they say once you pull away it is out of their hands. I’m so glad we spend $7-8 a drink just to not enjoy it! Another issue is it seems to be a newer person making the drinks so I’m assuming they are slacking in the training department. Disappointing

I tried the Mexican Mocha and it was literally one of the best espresso drinks I’ve had in a while and the service was great I hadn’t been out for coffee in long time and I was not disappointed and the fact that the staff was friendly and efficient just put this place over the top They also have a peanut butter mocha that is to die for Wake Up Call is definitely the best cup of coffee in Spokane

Everyone that works here is amazing, such positive attitudes always smiling. The coffee is like next level good. I use I go to Starbucks daily tell I "woke up" my favorite coffee drink is a frostbite, (I think it tastes like a mint chocolate chip milkshake) what I normally get tho is a Cotton Candy flavored energy drink.... over all I give wake up call a 10/10 Fo Sho. Vegetarian options: My BFF is vegan so she loves that they have such a variety of dairy free products. I highly recommend trying one.

I'm a doordash driver I came to pick up an order here I usually drive through but, the line was very long they had no one out here taking orders from people in their cars therefore, I decided to walk in someone said they would be with me but no one waited on me they just kept taking new orders from other cars driving up that is very unusual normally when you have an order from Uber or doordash or GrubHub they're supposed to have those orders ready or be getting on that really quick not taking new orders from other people that just blows my mind these are the afternoon people not the morning people the morning people do not do that. Doordash is already asked me if I want to reassign this order because they said it's taking way too long.

Ordered an iced coffee drink. Got it home and it tasted like the milk used was sour. Had to dump it all out.

I was there this morning and the girl on the window didn't show any interest to get my oder right. I ask for oatmeal with the fruit and a tea and she give me the tea with the fruit in the tea , plus she ask me 3 times of I want oatmeal and the end I was waiting for my oatmeal and she act like I didn't oder it . Honest I will never come back to this place made feel like I was discriminate.

The "milkshake" was some sort of iced smoothie. The price wasn't horrible but I was not expecting a iced smoothie. Totally not worth going again. You know how when you sip on a drink and all the liquid goes to the bottom and then you're left with a bunch of ice slush at the top? Yeah that's what it was.
