Wakame Sushi & Asian Bistro

First and last time coming here! I don’t have pictures because I was just so confused and disappointed. Let’s start with THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE! The hostess who looked like she was 13 also had the attitude and attention span of a 13 year old! Rude is un under statement. She acts like this is some 5star elite restaurant with her attitude upon checking in people with reservations. Having worked in many restaurants myself I would have at least said “Hello welcome”. Tables are so packed in that you can barely move around. Is so crowded is hard to hear! Let’s not forget groups with kids and no kids are all together. For a place that cost that much I expect A LOT MORE. The server brings my meal before anyone else’s knowing that I picked an appetizer as my meal! The food was basic! Every thing was basic about this place and not worth the $80 for one person. Only went for a friends birthday and would never pick this place again!!

Some of the best food around. They are busy which can lead to a long wait, but the service is attentive and friendly. I've never had a bad meal!

Came here for my first time tonight. The server was very nice but the food was a disaster. The sushi was very good and well priced, but I had ordered chicken phad thai and it took 40 minutes to come out and on top of that it was so weirdly tasting. Everyone had their food and was done eating while I waited for the phad thai the one thing i ordered as an entree to come and it was awful tasting. It also had a hair in it!! Very dissatisfied with this place and the quality of food received on top of the waiting time. Probably not returning. As someone who works in the food industry myself it would’ve been respectable to have a manager or someone to come and speak to our table about what happened due to the wait time for one food item to arrive, the hair, and after we expressed it was our first time in. Overall a bad experience and would be aware.

Apparently reservations mean nothing here. We arrived for our reservation and we were told we wouldn't be seated until at least 45 minutes after our reservation time. No apologies or explanations given.

Great place to check out during happy hour. Outstanding sushi options and appetizers during happy hour for a reasonable price.
