Such a lovely and helpful customer service ❤️. The choice of produce is not the biggest especially when it comes to organic, but was enough for us and there were quite a few deals available. Really nice Waitrose and quite well managed I think.

Staff on the self service check outs are always so miserable, no hello, no smile, customer service is terrible

Excellent store, staff are outstanding, they make you feel very welcome, shopping at the New Malden Waitrose does not feel like a chore, it's a pleasure to shop there, very clean and bright, lovely atmosphere. I have been shopping there for 26 years. This New Malden store is an absolute pleasure to shop. I highly recommend their fresh fish & fresh meat counter, top quality produce.

I have been shopping here since I was a child and all is fine apart from now I am always being followed by the new(er) security guard when I shop; even though once he asked to see my receipt and was told off by a customer service assistant who knows me and assured I wasn't stealing. It's incredibly disrespectful as one of the few female POC customers that we are viewed under a magnifying glass when I've noticed, for one, many affluent young white people stealing to their hearts content and not being singled out at all. Make it make sense!
