Waitrose is changing strategy and trying to woo more customers with prices, but I say stick with what you do best with good service and better selection of products.

I visited this Waitrose (from Harrogate) as I was told they had a variety of Orchid I needed.. Found them & bought 5 for daughters & friends. Great quality plants

The special offer was confusing the fairy dishwasher tablets were a good price it was an enjoyable place to shop

Harrison who delivered our online shop today was amazing, so friendly and helpful, even offered to help carry our shopping as my partner has an injury. Couldn’t fault him

Always a nice experience. Very polite staff and a good selection or vegan and organic. Prices are not competitive with other supermarkets, but in most cases you get quality. Free under cover car park. Updated. Whilst I still like this store, I had a need to use the toilets which were shocking. They were dirty and smelled heavily of stale urine. Absolutely no excuse except for poor cleaning standards
