Fourth time I have eaten here. The dood is very delicious and tasty. Staff are very professional and helpful. Even if you don’t know what to order staff will guide you to make your own informed choices. The place is very nice and with romantic dinner is the perfect choice. I will defo recommend it.

Three meals ordered and all came out 10 minutes apart. £5 for a bottle of water?

Holly was amazing, couldn't have faulted her. Was with a vegan friend who had lots of questions and she was so kind and friendly and answered everything we asked. Food was delicious and atmosphere was busy but no overbearing

I go for Wagamamas twice a month atleast, my main locations are Birmingham (where I live) and touchwood (Solihull) my friends know how much I love the tantam beef ramen and while we were in mcarthur Glenn outlet it seemed really convenient. I order my ramen as usual (which I get everytime I go) it tasted lovely and presented nicely it was just unfortunate that it wasn’t hot, I would say Luke warm and my friends agreed and suggested I say something (which I never complain), I even said they could reheat the dish If they wanted to but they insisted they make a new one. The new one arrives and it’s hot but this time it’s not presented well, I had tasted the first one and I’ve had it many many times before but this time I would describe it as tasting abit watery and bland, it had pretty much no flavour at all and after the first one I had good expectations just wanted it abit warmer, unfortunately the flavour and presentation was lost with the second serving as it was flavourless and looked like it at just been thrown in the bowl. When I spoke to them again about it, they refused to fix it and suggested I order something else, I was told a manager would speak to me but no one did. I ended up having nothing, just a bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience and feeling let down by not being able to have the same amazing experiences I’ve had at other Wagamama restaurants.

Do not make payment before you eat your meal.

Love it here. You have to queue for a seat but its so worth it! Food is great, mocktails are great! And quite reasonably priced. It makes me want to go to Japan every time I visit! Kid-friendliness: High chairs available
