Brilliant staff and food was delicious

Great meal

My friend and I visited Wagamama yesterday, and I was thoroughly disappointed with the service. Our food took an hour to arrive, and to add to the frustration, it was served cold, prompting us to send it back. Sadly, I ended up with food poisoning afterward, which raises concerns about the food's handling. Additionally, the drinks were subpar. Overall, my experience left much to be desired in terms of quality.

My 13 year old son choose here for his birthday dinner and also dictated the rating. The staff was on point with communication. We could see that the restaurant was full, but we didn't have to wait very long and while we waited we didn't feel forgotten or ignored. Our server explained that different parts of our order may come at different times because each dish takes a different prep time. We perfectly understood and because we knew what to expect we didn't have any unpleasant surprises. The dishes were delicious, flavourful and well presented.
