Waffle House

The online ordering service should be discontinued! If my order says ready by a certain time and I give it about 10 extra minutes, why is my food just starting to be cooked when I get there. Wasted my whole morning I won’t ever use the service again. And there isn’t anyone waiting on food (the grill was empty) so I won’t be coming back to this location.

TIFFANY…. She told me her name after asking. I opened the door to go in and she greeted me with a smile! That’s customer service. That’s just being human. She was and is terrific. Have just her an extra tip for being nice. It’s a rare thing these days. Keep it up Ms. Tiffany! She worked 2/26 at 11pm to take my order

Terrible service all around and a staff that is practically non responsive. Two thumbs down

Our server was really kind and did good in assisting us. Our food was good as well. It was super busy there but it didn't stop our food from being prepared quicker than I expected. The floors weren't clean but it's the Waffle House lol!
