Ice cream, fruit, syrup, jelly, Nutella, and so much more). Our Liege waffles are made with yeast dough instead of a typical waffle batter. This results in a rich and unique waffle that can be described as a cross between a donut and a soft pretzel There buttery, chewy and soft on the inside while crispy and crunchy on the outside where the pearl sugar hardens similar to crème Brule.
