Volcano Steak and Sushi

Volcano isn’t what it used to be. Prices have skyrocketed. But food portions are way smaller than what they used to be.

Excellent service and really good food

I'm a little unhappy with how the meal went tonight. Specifically: 1. The main meal wasn't on the table for five minutes, and a gent came around asking who wanted a to-go box. 2. While the group was still eating, a member of the restaurant staff decided to clean the grill. In the process of cleaning the grill, he slopped dirty grill juice where we were eating. Summary. These two actions made me feel like the restaurant staff was rushing me through the meal and to out the door as quickly as possible. My overall customer experience was not very pleasurable. Volcano staff, you've got to do better if you want to keep me as a customer.

A huge space with a huge menu and a great sushi lunch special. Sushi bar, Hibachi tables, and some TV screens at the bar area.

Good hibachi. Wish it were great. Idk what was missing, but needed a little umph.

Attended a birthday dinner for a 16 year old and the service was atrocious. We had a party of 20 and each serving of food was reduced. My daughter ordered steak and shrimp. She received 5 bite sized pieces of meat. The waiter serving us yelled in my sons face as he attempted to get his attention. He called the mother of the birthday girl a "b****" under his breath bc she was asking the waiter for utensils. We will never return.

I had an online order to pick up on my way home from a late night working. When I arrived I realized my boyfriend ordered from the wrong location. I was going to leave since it was almost close and they made my food for me anyway and just transferred the order from the other location. They were all so sweet and helpful! Plus the sushi is always so good.
