Hidden gem in hillsboro, flavorful dishes + friendly staff makes it a great place to dine in or carry out. Their vermicelli selection is a must try and their warms your soul during the wet winter season. Try out their tofu dish too- spicy but yummy.

Great place to enjoy pho and lemongrass chicken. Their pho broth felt bland and noodles were kinda broken which I haven’t seen at other pho places in and around portland. Lemongrass chicken was great! I loved their pho quantity. It’s the right amount for myself! Quick service and ample parking available. I

Food was excellent, service was amazing our server was polite and timely with when they came by to check if we needed anything throughout our meal. Portions are filling and prices are really good. Wife and I are already looking forward to our next "date night out" going here.

Vivi’s is a local Hillsboro institution and one of the very best Pho places in the metro area. The restaurant itself is small but comfortable, but be prepared to wait for a table during the lunch rush on weekdays. The service is always great and gives the feeling of being welcomed into a truly family restaurant. Huge fan of both the beef and chicken Pho, and have also enjoyed a number of their other noodle dishes.

Vivi's has been my comfort food for years. The owner and employees are so kind and I feel like I get food made with love every time. I can't recommended them enough!
