The pho was very average in my opinion and overpriced. I got the vegan pho and there was about 3 pieces of tofu in it, 2 slices of mushroom and sooo much cilantro - just doesn’t seem worth it to me. In addition to this, we ordered take out and the customer service wasn’t very friendly nor did they mark which broth was the vegan one so we had to spend some time guessing because every call went straight to a voicemail. I’ll stick to my regular pho spots.
Best Vegan Pho in the city.
TLDR: Great service. Soup kinda cold. Cozy beer-friendly ramen-shop style pho place. Soup was cooling off fast when we got it, so I inhaled it like ramen. Don’t expect your usual hoisin sauce/sariracha on the side, but ask for their chili oil. They also blast city pop, which I am privy to.
By far the best pho broth I’ve had in Toronto. With high quality beef!
3.8/5 Cozy little place with a selection of craft beers. The server seemed a bit unhappy in his role as he took our orders. The Turnip Cake was an interesting dish. The vinegary sauce cut the grease from the fried turnip cake and paired quite well. The pho was decent; pretty average if I were to be honest. Overall, it was a good place for a quick lunch.
