The food is downtown Chicago comparable!!! In some cases, even better. The oysters, the service, the cocktails, da BEST !

Went for the oysters and Vinny’s did not disappoint!!! Also, Holly at the bar was AMAZING! She was personable, knew the menu well and was so friendly! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I visited this past Sunday and we decided to have a drink at the bar first. Holly was our bartender and she was wonderful, she knew what drinks paired well with what we ordered! Would highly recommend!

Wow!! This jersey girl was impressed with the food. Holly, at the bar was excellent. Sit... at... the... bar. If you can. I felt like I was in NY, downtown Chicago, or Italy. Omg. A gem discovered in Illinois. Went for the grilled oysters and got that and much more. Yes 10/10. Go!!

First time here at vinny’s celebrating a birthday. They went ABOVE and beyond for our table. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere, will definitely be recommending to friends and family

The place is great, the old neighborhood mom and pop restaurant vibe was excellent. The moment you walk in, we see oyster on ice and wood burning on the grill surrounded by a great bar area. Once seated “Don” the waiter took over and suggested some great drinks and was very knowledgeable of the menu and appetizers. We order some Calamari and Oysters, let me tell you them oysters out of this world. When the food was served , it was amazing! Great presentation from the pasta with chicken to the Po boy with shrimp. We had to end it with some desert and that just put the cherry at the top. Thank you Don for the great service and Vinny’s cook for the great food.

Food was absolutely delicious and the service was topnotch. The only thing I can sing them for is that the music was too loud to be able to talk comfortably. Had wood grilled oysters as an appetizer and the scallops as the entree and both were divine. Definitely heading back there!
