Village Hotel Leeds South

Very well managed by the main health and fitness Maneger. Thanks to Phil coming back to work after his holidays. The 1st day he got back updated me all the way. Phil handle the situation of the complaint very well and conducted himself professional very well respected and soft spoken. Couple months ago, Iost a property of mine. Phil manage to find it not just he put it away lost property. He actually called me to say they been found. Thanks Phil your absolutely a star. Big thanks to hotel receptionist called Klaudia, she was just main receptionist at hotel very understanding and tried her very best to resolve the matter when she didn't even work at village health fitness side. Thanks Phil also main hotel general Maneger Kerry, Now I can enjoy using village health and fitness thanks guys x

Would probably stay again if I was in the area, alright for the price. Room could do with freshening up a little bit, some bits had been missed by the cleaners (dirty mirrors and dusty surfaces) but overall was okay, bed was very squeaky though. Breakfast was okay, not a lot of choice and the buffet area is very small so can get crowded. I liked the quick and easy check-in/check out using the screens provided. All staff I encountered were friendly and polite. Unsure about the safety of the car park, a car next to mine looked like it's window had been smashed in, I have no idea if that happened within the carpark or elsewhere but it isn't an enclosed carpark so something to be aware of.

Excellent visit, Helen & klaudia form main reception was really chatty and welcoming, Phil was very helpful from leisure also… will be back.

Me and my husband visited the gym facilities today for a swim and Amy on the desk and very helpful and friendly it's nice to see a smiling face you don't see this often in hospitality also great facilities will visit again

My stay was amazing, Claudia on reception was so kind and helpful, nothing I asked was too much trouble, also Sophie from housekeeping for providing extra towels, and leisure staff were helpful when I wanted to use the gym

I recently visted, Amy from leisure department was amazing would highly recommend and i will be back again soon
